Fiber is one of the most important components of the Keto Zone Diet. Fiber feeds the healthy probiotic bacteria in the gut, regulates blood sugar, and helps to improve digestive function.
Unfortunately, most people do not get nearly enough fiber in their diet. That is why adding fiber rich foods like chia seeds in to the diet can be so helpful.
Chia seeds are high in fiber while being simultaneously low in starch and sugar. Additionally, chia seeds provide healthy fats which are critical for success on the Keto Zone Diet.
This homemade keto raspberry jam recipe provides a significant serving of chia seeds with the added benefit of antioxidants from low-carb raspberries. You can serve this jam on top of keto crackers, keto bread, or as a topping on keto brownies.
You can even just eat it on it’s own by the spoonful!
