We have created the perfect Keto Zone pumpkin spice latte that won’t spike your blood sugar or leave you feeling guilty.

This recipe is loaded with healthy fats and anti-inflammatory spices that will have you feeling great well in to the coming winter!

Keto Pumpin Spice LatteIngredients

16 oz fresh brewed organic coffee
2 tablespoons organic half and half
1 tablespoon organic pumpkin puree
1 scoop MCT powder, unflavored
1 tablespoon keto sweetener
1 tablespoon organic cinnamon, ground
1 teaspoon organic ginger, ground
1 teaspoon organic nutmeg, ground
1/2 teaspoon organic allspice, ground
1/2 teaspoon organic cloves, ground
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Instructions

  1. Brew a fresh batch of your favorite single origin organic coffee.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  3. Pulse until ingredients are well combined and the coffee becomes frothy.
  4. Pour in to your favorite mug.
  5. Optional: add sugar-free whipped coconut cream and an extra dash of cinnamon.
  6. Enjoy!
