Ingredients

1/2 a frozen avocado
1 cup filtered water
1/2 cup ice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except for Hydrolyzed Collagen in a high powered blender.
  2. Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Add in the Chocolate Hydrolyzed Collagen.
  4. Blend on low for a few seconds.
