Delicious Crispy Keto Wings and Keto Wing Sauces

Crispy Keto Wings


  • 3-4 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup low-carb hot sauce such as Frank’s Red Hot
  • 3 tablespoons grass-fed butter


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare 2 baking sheets by lightly spraying/greasing them.
  2. Separate the chicken wings into chicken drumettes and flat tip portions. Rinse them and dry them very well with a paper towel.
  3. Combine all baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat.
  4. Place each piece of chicken on baking sheets in a single layer.
  5. Place the baking sheets in the oven. Cook 30 minutes, then turn over and cook an additional 20 minutes.
  6. During the last few minutes of cooking, melt butter in microwave or stovetop.
  7. Combine melted butter and hot sauce in a bowl or pan, and toss cooked wings in sauce mixture.
  8. Serve as is or with sauces listed below. Enjoy!

Mix 1 cup sugar-free orange marmalade, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1/4 teaspoon minced habanero, 1/2 teaspoon dry red pepper flakes, a pinch of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil together and mix well. Store in the fridge for up to a week.

Mix 1 cup avocado keto mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons dried parsley, 1 teaspoon dried dill, 1 teaspoon dried chives, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or 1:1 heavy cream:water in bowl. Whisk all ingredients together, adding almond milk last and gradually until at desired consistency.
