Ingredients

  • 12 strips of bacon
  • 12 medium/large Brussel sprouts
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Wash the Brussel sprouts. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Make each wrap: Place a Brussel sprout at the top of a piece of bacon. Roll up the brussel sprout inside the bacon. Completely use all the bacon to wrap it. To make bacon-wrapped Brussel sprouts. Place on the baking sheet and season with pepper.
  4. Once finished with all wrapped Brussel sprouts, bake for 30-35 minutes, until bacon reaches desired crispiness. Insert a toothpick in each and serve.
