Ingredients
10 tablespoons organic/grass-fed butter, melted
8 pasture-raised eggs
1⁄3 cup organic coconut flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Combine melted butter and eggs in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Add in the remaining ingredients.
- Continue to mix until a smooth batter is formed.
- Allow the batter to rest for about 5 minutes.
