Keto Chocolate Coconut Milk Shake

But what if you could make a delicious chocolate shake that was not only keto friendly but actually good for you?

This keto chocolate coconut milk shake tastes even better than a traditional shake but it will keep you in the Keto Zone so you can continue losing weight and feeling great!


2 scoops collagen powder
1 tablespoon coconut MCT powder
2 tablespoons organic chocolate powder
1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
1 teaspoon organic ceylon cinnamon
Stevia, monk fruit, or zero-carb sweetener of choice
1/2 cup of filtered water
1/2 cup full-fat organic coconut milk
1 cup ice
Pinch of sea salt


  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined.
  2. Adjust the amount of sweetness to desired taste.
  3. Pour in to your favorite glass.
  4. Enjoy!

    This turned out really good! I used a combination of xylitol and stevia, for a more sugar like taste. And I had to use vanilla extract. Thanks for the great recipes!
