Delicious Crispy Keto Wings and Keto Wing Sauces
Crispy Keto Wings
Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds chicken wings
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup low-carb hot sauce such as Frank’s Red Hot
- 3 tablespoons grass-fed butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare 2 baking sheets by lightly spraying/greasing them.
- Separate the chicken wings into chicken drumettes and flat tip portions. Rinse them and dry them very well with a paper towel.
- Combine all baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat.
- Place each piece of chicken on baking sheets in a single layer.
- Place the baking sheets in the oven. Cook 30 minutes, then turn over and cook an additional 20 minutes.
- During the last few minutes of cooking, melt butter in microwave or stovetop.
- Combine melted butter and hot sauce in a bowl or pan, and toss cooked wings in sauce mixture.
- Serve as is or with sauces listed below. Enjoy!

Mix 1 cup sugar-free orange marmalade, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1/4 teaspoon minced habanero, 1/2 teaspoon dry red pepper flakes, a pinch of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil together and mix well. Store in the fridge for up to a week.

Mix 1 cup avocado keto mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons dried parsley, 1 teaspoon dried dill, 1 teaspoon dried chives, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or 1:1 heavy cream:water in bowl. Whisk all ingredients together, adding almond milk last and gradually until at desired consistency.
