Keto Zone Grass-Fed Sirloin Beef Kebabs


2 pounds grass-fed sirloin steak, cubed
1 large organic onion, cut into large chunks
2 large organic bell peppers, cut into large chunks
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons organic olive oil
1 tablespoon organic dried oregano
2 teaspoons organic garlic powder
1 teaspoon organic onion powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon organic black pepper
4 skewers


  1. Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper in a large plastic ziplock bag and mix until well combined.
  2. Add cubed beef chunks to the plastic bag and manipulate until beef is coated in marinade.
  3. Squeeze air from the bag and zip shut. Place bag in the refrigerator for 4-12 hours.
  4. If using wooden skewers, soak in water before assembling kebabs.
  5. Once beef is marinated, remove from fridge.
  6. Preheat the grill to 450°F.
  7. Cut your vegetables into desired size chunks.
  8. Assemble kebabs alternating beef and veggies.
  9. Once grill is preheated, place kebabs on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  10. Turn kebabs and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
  11. Remove kebabs from grill.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
