Ingredients

2 cups organic kale, chopped
1/2 cup roasted almonds, chopped
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
8 oz. organic pitted olives
1/2 cup Keto Zone Harvest Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon organic black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped kale, roasted almonds, pomegranate seeds, and olives.
  2. In a separate bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Whisk oil mixture until thoroughly combined.
  4. Pour oil mixture over the salad mixture.
  5. Toss salad until kale is coated with dressing.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
