Ingredients
1 lb grass-fed ground beef
1 teaspoon organic dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon coconut aminos
1/2 teaspoon organic garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon organic onion powder
2 tablespoons grass-fed ghee
1/4 cup fresh organic parsley, chopped
Sea salt, to taste
Organic black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, coconut aminos, and parsley.
- Gently mix with your hands, careful not to over work the meat.
- Divide beef in to 4 evenly sized burger patties.
- Melt ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry each burger patty for about 2-3 minutes on each side, lightly press the patties with a spatula while cooking.
- Place patties on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 more minutes, or until desired doneness.
- Burgers can be topped with chopped parsley, organic cheese, onion, tomato, mustard, mayonnaise, or any other desired topping.
- Serve on a lettuce wrap, keto burger buns, or eat with a fork.
