Perfect Low-Carb Keto Burgers

Ingredients

1 lb grass-fed ground beef
1 teaspoon organic dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon coconut aminos
1/2 teaspoon organic garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon organic onion powder
2 tablespoons grass-fed ghee
1/4 cup fresh organic parsley, chopped
Sea salt, to taste
Organic black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, coconut aminos, and parsley.
  3. Gently mix with your hands, careful not to over work the meat.
  4. Divide beef in to 4 evenly sized burger patties.
  5. Melt ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry each burger patty for about 2-3 minutes on each side, lightly press the patties with a spatula while cooking.
  7. Place patties on a large baking sheet.
  8. Bake for about 10 more minutes, or until desired doneness.
  9. Burgers can be topped with chopped parsley, organic cheese, onion, tomato, mustard, mayonnaise, or any other desired topping.
  10. Serve on a lettuce wrap, keto burger buns, or eat with a fork.
  11. Enjoy!
