Keto Zone Zucchini Fries

It is made with organic zucchini, which is a great source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Add in some olive oil for healthy fat and organic parmesan cheese for a boost of protein and you have the ultimate Keto Zone snack!



2 large organic zucchinis
1 tablespoon organic olive oil
1 cup organic parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon fresh organic parsley, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon organic garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon organic onion powder
1 organic lemon



  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Wash zucchinis and pat dry.
  3. Cut the zucchinis into fries of desired size and add to a large bowl.
  4. Add olive oil to the bowl of zucchini and toss until zucchini fries are fully coated.
  5. In a separate large bowl, combine cheese, garlic powder, parsley, and onion powder.
  6. Add zucchini fries to bowl of cheese and spices and toss until thoroughly coated.
  7. Cover a large baking tray with parchment paper (you may need to use more than one tray).
  8. Arrange fries on tray(s).
  9. Bake fries for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove fries from the oven and use a spatula to flip/toss the fries.
  11. Bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Remove from oven and allow t0 cool for 5-10 minutes.
  13. Top with a squeeze of lemon.
  14. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
