  1. I have a question for Dr Colbert.

    Dr Colbert,

Thank you, for your ministry work in giving teaching and assistance to being healthy. The book I have from you has been edifying! I have played with the keto diet a bit already, and currently I am in recovery and still on a penicillin for having a hole in my colon, a clamped small intestine, and an assumed infection. I am having bowel movements again. Would you suggest I can be on a keto diet at this time or should I wait to have do a keto diet?
