Ingredients

2 cups organic heavy cream
2 cups organic whole milk
6 organic/pasture-raised eggs
3 scoops hydrolyzed collagen protein
3 scoops French vanilla MCT powder
3 tablespoons keto sweetener
1 tablespoon organic vanilla extract
1 tablespoon organic cinnamon powder
2 teaspoons organic allspice powder
2 teaspoons organic nutmeg powder

 

Instructions

  1. Separate egg whites and egg yolks. Add egg whites to a sauce pot and yolks to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add cream to the egg yolks in the mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
  3. In the sauce pot combine the milk, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg with the egg whites and whisk until very well combined.
  4. Put the pot over medium heat and bring to simmer, stirring frequently.
  5. Once simmering, turn heat to low.
  6. Continue to heat mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Remove pot from heat and pour mixture in to a large blender.
  8. Combine all of the ingredients in the blender.
  9. Pulse mixture until frothy.
  10. Pour in a large pitcher and place in the refrigerator to cool for 2 hours or longer.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
  12. Consume within 3-4 days.
