These delicious keto cookies are a great way to strengthen your immune system while enjoying the traditional flavors of fall.

Ingredients

2 cups blanched almond flour
2 tablespoons grass-fed beef gelatin
1/2 cup grass-fed butter, softened
1/2 cup organic almond butter
1 cup keto sweetener
2 organic/pastured eggs
1 tablespoon organic ground ginger
1 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon organic ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.
  2. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Combine dry ingredients (almond flour, gelatin, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, and cloves) in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk until well combined.
  5. In a separate large bowl combine the butter, almond butter and sweetener.
  6. Whisk or blend until a smooth consistency is formed.
  7. Add in the eggs and vanilla and continue to mix until well combined.
  8. Slowly add in the dry ingredients mixture and continue to mix until a dough in formed.
  9. Form the dough into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  10. Arrange dough balls on the baking sheets about 2-3 inches apart.
  11. Place baking sheets in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Remove cookies from the oven.
  13. Allow cookies to cool for about ten minutes.
  14. Serve and enjoy!
