Keto Zone Hot Chocolate

Do you want to snuggle up with a loved one and drink a healthy keto hot chocolate?

Unfortunately, most hot chocolate is loaded with inflammatory sugar, low quality dairy, and any number of toxic preservatives.

That’s why we have put together this healthy, delicious, and easy hot chocolate recipe.


2 cups organic nut milk (almond, coconut, or hemp)
2 to 4 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons hydrolyzed collagen powder
1/2 tablespoon organic coconut oil
1 teaspoon organic vanilla powder
1/4 teaspoon ground organic nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch sea salt
Sugar-free sweetener of choice (stevia, xylitol, monkfruit)


  1. Warm the milk in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Whisk in all ingredients until evenly combined.
  3. Taste and adjust as needed.
  4. Serve warm or blend briefly for 30 seconds in a blender or with an immersion blender to make frothy.
  5. Serve in your favorite mug.
