Ingredients

1 pound wild-caught salmon
1 clove organic garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh organic rosemary, finely chopped
1 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon organic black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh organic parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh squeezed

 

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon dry with a clean kitchen towel and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the other ingredients to create your marinade.
  3. Whisk the marinade until well combined.
  4. In a large zip lock bag, combine salmon and marinade.
  5. Zip the bag up air-tight and move the salmon around to make sure it is covered with marinade.
  6. Place salmon in the refrigerator an allow to sit anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours (longer marination = more flavor).
  7. Once ready to cook, preheat your grill to about 400 F.
  8. Grill salmon for about 4 minutes on each side.
  9. Remove from the grill.
  10. Serve Immediately
