Keto Zone Yorkshire Pudding Popovers

Have you ever eaten Yorkshire pudding?

This traditional British recipe is typically served with roast beef and topped with gravy.

However, since it is usually made with wheat flour, standard Yorkshire pudding recipes are not keto friendly. That is why we are sharing this delicious keto-friendly Yorkshire pudding recipe made with arrowroot flour instead of wheat flour. Arrowroot has less carbs and is less inflammatory than wheat.

Additionally, this recipe is made with bone broth which is a great source of protein as well as other nutrients which are beneficial for health of the hair, skin, nails, and digestive system.

Pasture-raised eggs provide additional protein, healthy fats, and a wide range of important nutrients.

This recipe is a great easy side dish that can replace dinner rolls or other carb heavy foods.
