If you’re eating a healthy low-carb diet, sodas and other sugary drinks (even the diet ones) aren’t an option. But there are several ways to enjoy a beverage without wrecking your health—and we have the best ones for you below.
Try these keto drinks that are delicious, satisfying, and health promoting!
1. Keto Coffee
This is a favorite in our Keto Zone community!
Keto Coffee (recipe from the Keto Zone Diet book) is brewed coffee blended with MCT oil powder, grass-fed butter or avocado oil, and stevia. It’s one of the best fat-burning breakfasts that also helps prolong intermittent fasting.
Because being in the Zone often suppresses appetite, Keto Coffee is a great way boost fat-burning until lunch time.
For the healthiest coffee, choose brands with labels like:
- Organic
- Rainforest Alliance-certified
- Single estate or single origin
- Whole bean from Central America
2. Keto Tea (Chai, Black, or Green Tea)

Just make sure you buy a low-sugar brand, as some kombuchas can contain a lot of sugar.
6. Sparkling Mineral or No-Sugar Flavored Water
Sparkling (carbonated) mineral waters like Perrier give you the fizz of soda without sugar or fake sweeteners.
If you want a hint of flavor, try no-sugar infused waters like Hint.
7. Water Kefir
Water kefir is a drink made with water kefir grains. Like kombucha, it’s a probiotic beverage wonderful for healing the gut. And since the bacteria in the grain digest the sugar in the kefir, it’s keto-friendly!
Just make sure no other sugars are added after the fermentation process.
8. Bone Broth
Bone broth help restore electrolytes while on a keto diet and prevent keto flu. It’s also rich in phosphorus, calcium, and collagen and gelatin that support healthy muscles, nails, hair, and help heal leaky gut.
9. Don’t Forget Plain Water (Optional: Added Electrolytes)
Drinking plenty of water is important on any low-carb diet. If you get bored, add a squeeze of lemon or lime or some extra electrolytes with a pinch of salt.
