Guacamole Dip

2 ripe avocados

2/3 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves

3 tablespoons lime juice

3 green onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 jalapeno pepper, chopped

1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Combine avocados, cilantro, lime juice, green onion, garlic, jalapeno and salt in a food processor and process until fairly smooth. With motor running pour in 1/2 cup cold water! Serve with veggie or grilled salmon and enjoy!
