    I’m 71 😡 & went thru about 19 yrs of hot flashes. Stopped & now this past yr have started having them again! I am overwt & have been on a “white aint right” diet for several weeks so no flour or pasta or sugar to soeak of. Lost 5 lbs but still hot flashes.
