1 1/2 cups of filtered/spring water
3 tablespoons loose leaf chamomile tea
1 tablespoons grass-fed ghee
1 scoop vanilla MCT powder
1 scoop hydrolyzed collagen
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Place lose leaf chamomile tea in a tea strainer in a large mug.
  2. Bring 1 1/4 cup of water to a boil.
  3. Pour water over chamomile tea and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the chamomile out of the tea.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients to a blender.
  6. Pour brewed tea in to the blender.
