This Keto Zone cereal gives you the ease and flavor of traditional breakfast cereal without all the inflammatory grains and sugar that take you out of the Keto Zone and pack on the pounds.

This whole food recipe uses nuts, seeds, healthy fat, an egg, and spices to give you a texture and flavor that will have you coming back for seconds without feeling guilty!

Ingredients

1 cup organic almonds, slivered
1 cup organic cashews, chopped
1 cup organic walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup organic coconut, shredded
1/2 cup organic pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup organic sunflower seeds
6 tbsp sugar-free sweetener of choice (monk fruit, xylitol, erythritol, stevia)
1/2 cup Living Chia with Probiotics
1 large organic free-range egg
1/4 cup healthy oil (butter, ghee, coconut oil), melted
1 tbsp organic ceylon cinnamon powder
1 tsp organic vanilla powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together egg, melted oil, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together almonds, cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
  5. Pour liquid mixture in to the nut mixture.
  6. Using your hands, mix together until everything is coated evenly.
  7. Transfer the cereal to the prepared baking sheet and distribute evenly.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool completely and break apart into pieces.
  10. Serve with preservative-free nut milk for breakfast or eat alone as a snack.
