Ingredients
3 organic/pasture-raised eggs
1/2 cup organic whole milk/coconut milk
1/2 cup arrowroot flour
1/4 cup organic bone broth
2 tablespoons grass-fed butter or ghee, melted
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease a muffin pan with butter or ghee and then place the pan in the oven to preheat with the oven.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Use a whisk or a an electric mixer to mix until well combined.
- Once the butter in the muffin pan begins to sizzle, remove pan from oven.
- Evenly distribute batter between the muffin cups.
- Place pan back in the oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the popovers turn golden brown.
- Remove from oven.
- Serve and enjoy!
