Keto Sausage Balls Recipe

Whether you need these for an on-the-go snack or to serve at a holiday party, these keto sausage balls are sure to be a hit!


  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage (or preferred sausage)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp butter (or coconut oil)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Using a cookie scoop and your hands roll sausage mixture into 20-25 sausage balls
  4. Place sausage balls on a cookie sheet
  5. Bake for 16-20 minutes
  6. Serve immediately, or store in fridge!
