First, make iced tea by boiling 64 ounces of water. Place placing 8 small black tea bags or 1/3 cup loose leaf tea in a pitcher. Once water is boiling, pour water over tea and allow to steep 5-8 minutes.  Or alternatively, make “sun tea” by adding tea and warm water to a large glass jar, and place it in the sun for 4-6 hours.
