Keto Zone Hazelnut Holiday Fudge

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups organic 100% dark chocolate, chips or chopped
1 cup organic coconut milk
1 cup toasted hazelnuts
1 scoop hazelnut MCT powder
2 tablespoons keto sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon organic cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon organic star anise powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat coconut milk to a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Once the coconut milk begins to simmer, add in the dark chocolate.
  3. Turn heat down to low.
  4. Continue to heat the mixture, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted and ingredients are well combined.
  5. Once chocolate is melted, remove mixture from heat and add in the remaining ingredients.
  6. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  7. Pour mixture in to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  8. Place pan in the freezer for about 2 hours.
  9. Remove from freezer and use a sharp knife to carefully cut fudge in to pieces of desired size.
  10. Serve and enjoy!

    When you use coconut milk in your recipes, are you talking about the organic full fat coconut milk that comes in a can, or the kind that comes in a carton that you drink like regular milk? Thanks!
