Back on Track Detox Smoothie

Get back on track with this delicious green smoothie that detox and rid your body of those unwanted toxins.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup kale
- 1 large apple, roughly chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- 1 one-inch chunk of ginger
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 scoop of Fermented Green Supremefood
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- Optional: 1 scoop of Yellow Pea Plant Protein
- Optional: Maple syrup to taste
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth.
- If the consistency is too thick, add a tbsp of water until you’ve reached the desired consistency. If the consistency is too watery, add in a few more ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour and enjoy!
