Back on Track Detox Smoothie

Get back on track with this delicious green smoothie that detox and rid your body of those unwanted toxins.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 large apple, roughly chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 one-inch chunk of ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 scoop of Fermented Green Supremefood
  • 1 handful of ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 scoop of Yellow Pea Plant Protein
  • Optional: Maple syrup to taste

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth.
  2. If the consistency is too thick, add a tbsp of water until you’ve reached the desired consistency. If the consistency is too watery, add in a few more ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Pour and enjoy!
