I’ve been drinking a daily morning cocktail of protein powder, water, and 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar; the ACV is said to speed up metabolism for energy. I heard Dr. Colbert when he was interviewed by K. Copeland, say that acidic foods are cancer causing, and we should be drinking alkaline water and consume other things that make our body a neutral ph. I’ve been questioning ever since, my morning cocktail with ACV in it, and now here’s this great recipe for lemonade. I don’t know what to think.
