Lemons are loaded with potassium which is an important electrolyte mineral.
Sea salt is also added to this recipe to replenish the sodium and other trace minerals that are normally lost on a keto diet.

Ingredients
4 cups spring water
10-20 fresh mint leaves, chopped
4-5 organic lemons and/or limes
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt
2-4 drops stevia, or to taste
Instructions
- In a large kettle or pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add fresh chopped mint leaves and chopped ginger to a French press or tea strainer.
- Once water is on the verge of boiling, remove from heat.
- Pour water over mint leaves.
- Brew for about 10 minutes.
- While tea is brewing, juice lemon/limes in to a large pitcher.
- Once tea is brewed, strain the liquid in to the pitcher with citrus juice.
- Add sea salt and stevia to taste.
- Stir vigorously.
- Put pitcher in refrigerator to cool.
- Once lemonade reaches desired temperature, enjoy!
