Keto Zone Thanksgiving Gravy

You don’t need to skip the gravy this Thanksgiving!

This keto-friendly gravy recipe is low-carb and gluten-free. So if you are using a ketogenic diet for weight loss or better health, you can eat Thanksgiving gravy without regret!

Most gravy recipes use refined wheat flour or other starches as a thickener. Not this keto gravy! This recipe relies on organic egg yolks and chopped onion to thicken the consistency.

That means you can enjoy the rich and delicious flavor while still burning fat and feeling great in the Keto Zone!

The whole family is sure to love this recipe. Try it out this Thanksgiving and you will never want to go back to the starchy carb-filled gravy again!

2 cups organic turkey drippings and/or bone broth
1/2 cup organic white onion, chopped
2 organic egg yolks
1/4 cup grass-fed butter
1 teaspoon sea salt
