1 cup organic almonds
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon grass-fed ghee or coconut oil
1 teaspoon organic cumin powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Mix ingredients until almonds are thoroughly coated.
- Cover a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Spread almonds on the lined baking tray.
- Place in the oven once preheated.
- Roast for 10 minutes,
- Remove almonds from oven and stir.
- Roast for another 10 minutes.
- Remove almonds from oven.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
