This Thanksgiving, don’t let any of your turkey go to waste!
Many people end up tossing out the leftover bones and remnants of their holiday turkey. What they don’t know, however, is that these are some of the most valuable parts of the animal.
The bones of turkeys and other animals are loaded with important nutrients such as collagen, chondroitin, glucosamine, as well as various other vitamins and minerals. Not only that, but bone broth is also a naturally low-carb food so you can continue to burn fat in the Keto Zone!
Bone broth is so nutritious that it has traditionally been used as the food of choice for those who are unwell. Modern science has confirmed this practice by measuring the nutrient content of bone broth.
You can use your broth to make soups, stews, and casseroles, or you can just drink it straight.
This holiday season make sure to save your leftovers so that you take advantage of our Keto Zone Leftover Turkey Bone Broth Recipe.
