Ingredients
6 organic chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
1/4 cup organic lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh organic rosemary, chopped
2 tablespoons organic/grass-fed ghee
2 tablespoons organic coconut aminos
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon organic black pepper powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together marinade by combining the the ghee, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, sea salt, back pepper and aminos.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Use a meat mallet to flatten out the chicken thighs.
- Place chicken thighs into the bowl of marinade and cover.
- Place bowl in the refrigerator and allow chicken to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to 450 F.
- Cook the chicken thighs for 4-5 mins each side.
- Serve and enjoy!
