Keto Zone Golden Milk Turmeric Latte

Do you suffer from joint pain and inflammation?

Then you’re in the right place!

This delicious golden milk turmeric latte is the perfect anti-inflammatory Keto Zone beverage!

Turmeric contains an active compound called curcumin.

Curcumin is well known for its powerful anti-inflammatory properties. In fact, many physicians recommend turmeric supplementation to those with arthritis and other inflammatory conditions.

In addition to turmeric, this recipe calls for hydrolyzed collagen. Collagen provides the building blocks (amino acids) necessary for maintaining the health and integrity of your joints and connective tissue.

When combined together, this recipe both stops the inflammatory destruction of joints and helps your body rebuild damaged tissue.

All while keeping you burning fat in the Keto Zone!

  1. Is it possible to make a variation of this beverage without the MCT powder and collagen powder? I do not have any on hand but would like the benefit of the turmeric. I am not very familiar with the other powders.

    • Hi Brooke!

Yes, you can make the the recipe exactly as is but without the MCT and collagen if you wish. It will not be quite as creamy, delicious, and nutritious, but it should still be good.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions!
