Ingredients
3 1/2 cups organic 100% dark chocolate, chips or chopped
1 cup organic coconut milk
1 cup toasted hazelnuts
1 scoop hazelnut MCT powder
2 tablespoons keto sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon organic cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon organic star anise powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Heat coconut milk to a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once the coconut milk begins to simmer, add in the dark chocolate.
- Turn heat down to low.
- Continue to heat the mixture, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted and ingredients are well combined.
- Once chocolate is melted, remove mixture from heat and add in the remaining ingredients.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Pour mixture in to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
- Place pan in the freezer for about 2 hours.
- Remove from freezer and use a sharp knife to carefully cut fudge in to pieces of desired size.
- Serve and enjoy!
