Keto Zone Grass-Fed Sirloin Beef Kebabs
Ingredients
2 pounds grass-fed sirloin steak, cubed
1 large organic onion, cut into large chunks
2 large organic bell peppers, cut into large chunks
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons organic olive oil
1 tablespoon organic dried oregano
2 teaspoons organic garlic powder
1 teaspoon organic onion powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon organic black pepper
4 skewers
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper in a large plastic ziplock bag and mix until well combined.
- Add cubed beef chunks to the plastic bag and manipulate until beef is coated in marinade.
- Squeeze air from the bag and zip shut. Place bag in the refrigerator for 4-12 hours.
- If using wooden skewers, soak in water before assembling kebabs.
- Once beef is marinated, remove from fridge.
- Preheat the grill to 450°F.
- Cut your vegetables into desired size chunks.
- Assemble kebabs alternating beef and veggies.
- Once grill is preheated, place kebabs on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Turn kebabs and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
- Remove kebabs from grill.
- Serve and enjoy!
