I found when I began menopause I lost my hair in clumps (mostly in the shower). Since then, I’ve tried hair products as well as supplements to get it back. I normally have two egg yolks in my coffee everyday and am also taking a hair/nail vitamin. I have already cut back on my supplements and am not sure what I’m missing. Any suggestions?
