Easy Keto Chocolate Mousse

Are you looking for a quick and easy way to satisfy your sugar cravings on a ketogenic diet?

Then you are going to love this recipe for keto chocolate mousse!

This low-carb dessert is loaded with fiber, healthy fat, and electrolytes.

With ripe avocados as the base ingredient, this recipe is a whole food treat that can be eaten as healthy dessert, a nutrient dense breakfast, or a quick mid-day snack!

Avocados are loaded with potassium, chocolate has a considerable amount of magnesium, and sea salt contributes sodium. These minerals are the essential electrolytes that you need to consume on a ketogenic diet.

Assemble your ingredients and simply blend together in a food processor until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.

You can top your mousse with whipped cream, chopped nuts, or fresh berries.

1/4 cup organic raw chocolate powder
1/4 cup keto sweetener
2 tablespoons organic/grass-fed butter
1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
4 tablespoons organic whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for whipped cream in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, creamy, and well combined.
  3. Transfer to jars or glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon of whipped and a dash of chocolate powder.
  5. Enjoy!
