High Protein Vegan Smoothie
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen fruit medley (strawberry, mango, pineapple, papaya)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root
- 1 scoop Dr. Colbert’s Plant Protein
- 1 handful of ice
- Combine all ingredients into a blender
- Serve and enjoy!
