Many of us grew up eating popsicles on a hot Summer day. Unfortunately, however, most popsicles commercially available today are loaded with preservatives and refined sugar which can be disastrous to your health.
But do not fret! We have a low-carb ketogenic whole food creamsicle recipe that is more delicious than any creamsicle you have ever had!
This recipe is chock full of vitamins, minerals, healthy fat, and fiber. And the best part is that you can enjoy the flavor while still burning fat in the Keto Zone!
Ingredients
1 can organic full fat coconut milk
½ cup organic avocado, mashed
½ cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
¼ cup fresh organic mint
½ teaspoon keto-friendly sweetener
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender.
- Blend until well combined and a smooth consistency is reached.
- Pour the mixture in to your popsicle molds.
- Add popsicle sticks.
- Place in freezer for at least 4 hours.
- Enjoy!
