Ingredients:
For the Meatballs-
1 pound grass-fed ground beef
1 organic onion, minced
1/4 cup organic cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh organic ginger root, grated
2 cloves organic garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut aminos
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
For the dipping Sauce-
1 organic lime, juiced
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1/4 teaspoon fresh organic ginger root, grated
Pinch sea salt
Instructions:
To make the meatballs:
- Preheat the oven to 400 F
- In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients.
- Form the mixture in to about 32 meat balls.
- Arrange meatballs on a large baking sheet.
- Place the meatballs in the preheated oven.
- Cook for about 2o minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
To make the dipping sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and vigorously whisk until well combined.
Serve as an appetizer or with a vegetable as a meal. Enjoy!
