No-Bake Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

Enjoy these delicious No-Bake Chocolate Chip Energy Bites that are easy to make, and a snack your kids will love!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dried oatmeal
  • ½ cup nut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix everything in a medium bowl until thoroughly incorporated
  2. Let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour
  3. Once chilled, roll into balls and enjoy or;
  4. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week
