Green tea is minimally processed. Its leaves are withered and steamed, and not fermented like black and oolong teas. Its unique antioxidants are more concentrated.

Of course, there are many, many factors go into overall health and fat loss, such are reducing sugars and carbs.
But, you need hydration anyway – most adults feel best with 60-80 oz fluid per day. Dehydration has a DIRECT effect on your health and sense of well-being. Many adults report headaches, lethargy, aging skin and more when dehydrated.
Green and black teas are great for hydration despite being slightly caffeinated.
