Keto Chocolate Coffee Truffles

Do you love keto coffee? 

Not only does it promote weight loss, but many people also find that they feel more focused and energized and less hungry and lethargic when they drink keto coffee. Everyone ends up loving the taste of it as well!

But what if you do not have the time or ability to make coffee and blend up all the ingredients?

Well we found a way for you to get the taste and effects of keto coffee without the hassle.

These keto coffee truffles are a great afternoon pick-me-up or a perfect quick breakfast replacement. One batch can easily last a week or more.

So here it is, keto chocolate coffee truffles:

 

Ingredients

2 cups organic/grass-fed cream cheese, softened
½ cup organic chocolate powder
4 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener
½ teaspoon organic vanilla extract
1 tablespoon organic coffee, fine grind
3 tablespoons organic/grass-fed butter, melted
1 scoop hazelnut MCT powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

 

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup chocolate powder with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Combine remaining chocolate powder with sea salt in a separate bowl and set aside.
  3. Use a whisk or a hand mixer to thoroughly combine the ingredients.
  4. Use your hands to form 1-2 tablespoon sized balls of the mixture in to truffle shapes.
  5. Roll each truffle in remaining chocolate powder and salt mixture.
  6. You will end up with about 24 total. Place them individually in small paper candy cups.
    Chill for an hour before serving.
