Gingerbread Smoothie

● Ingredients:

○ 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
○ 1 frozen banana
○ 1 scoop MCT Oil Powder (Gingerbread Flavor)

○ 1/4 tsp ground ginger
○ 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
○ 1 tsp vanilla extract
○ Ice (optional, for extra thickness)

● Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve in a festive glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
