Keto Zone Leftover Turkey Salad

Are you looking for an easy and delicious keto recipe for your leftover Thanksgiving turkey?

Then you are in the right place!

This turkey salad recipe is light, refreshing, and completely keto-friendly!

You can add your turkey salad to a slice of keto bread or on top of some keto crackers for a quick keto snack.

Make sure to use a keto-friendly mayonnaise. Many of the mayo products on the market are made with inflammatory rancid oils such as canola, soy, safflower, and vegetable oil. Look for a mayonnaise product that uses only olive oil or avocado oil.

*Make sure to read the ingredients! Many times they will advertise olive oil as an ingredient but also use other cheaper oils as filler.

4 cups leftover turkey, chopped
1/2 cup keto mayonnaise (made with: avocado or olive oil, NO: canola, soy, safflower, or vegetable oil)
2 teaspoons organic mustard
2 teaspoons organic lemon juice
2 teaspoons organic apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup organic celery, diced
1/4 cup organic scallions, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh organic dill, chopped

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Gently mix until well combined.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
