Keto Zone Cauliflower Mac and Cheese

Made with healthy cauliflower instead of noodles, this recipe will satisfy your cravings without taking you out of the Keto Zone.

You can make this recipe as a side or main dish to your favorite keto protein. It is so delicious that the whole family is sure to love it!

Ingredients

1 head organic cauliflower, chopped
1 cup organic heavy cream
1/2 cup organic sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup organic cream cheese
1 teaspoon ghee or avocado oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon organic black pepper

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Prepare an 8×8 baking dish with a coating of ghee or avocado oil.
  3. Chop cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces.
  4. Steam the cut cauliflower for about 5 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, drain cauliflower in a colander then set aside.
  6. Add remaining ingredients to a medium pot over medium heat.
  7. Stir to combine.
  8. Continue to cook and stir until mixture melts and is well combined.
  9. Add cauliflower to the pot and stir to combine.
  10. Pour mixture into the baking dish.
  11. Place dish in the preheated oven and cook for 25 minutes.
  12. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
