Keto Walnut Fudge

Keto Walnut Fudge

Pretty much everyone loves chocolate.

But unfortunately most chocolate contains sugar! And sugar is a definite “no-no” on the Keto Zone Diet.

That’s why we created this simple, delicious, and healthy fudge recipe to satisfy your chocolate craving without taking you out of the Keto Zone!

This recipe is gluten-free, sugar-free, low-carb, and high in healthy fat! In fact, each serving only has 3 grams net carbohydrates.

A perfect treat for anyone in the Keto Zone.

Organic walnuts add minerals, fiber, protein, and healthy fats including omega-3s. Grass-fed butter provides CLA fats and vitamins A and K. Almond butter also contributes to minerals, fiber, and more healthy fat and protein. Chocolate and vanilla are loaded with antioxidant polyphenols and fiber.

This fudge can be sweetened with xylitol, erythritol, or monk fruit for a tasty but sugar-free fudge that the whole family will love!

So, how many carbs does this fudge have per serving? I’m on the keto zone diet and need to keep up with my carbs.

  2. Norma Cusumano says:

I am following the modified Mediterranean diet, but assume this recipe for fudge would be okay in moderation, so I am going to make it. Thanks

    How many carbs?

  4. gloria roney says:

I am new to keto so my family is alergic to “all -tree-nuts (they have EDS) what would be a good substitute for almond butter, could i use coconut butter instead, coconut milk and butter are safe for them ?

  5. Larry And Jean Valdes says:

You need to say which kind os stevia. I would think it is the green ground leaves. The white pure stevia would be too strong with 1/4 cup.

  6. I made it today! I think 1 tsp is too much salt for the salt overpowered the sweetness. Next time I will cut it down to around 1/4 tsp and increase the sweetness, then maybe sprinkle mire sea salt on top

  7. Joan says:

Watch the salt! One teaspoon made it very salty. I don’t know if I can even eat it !!!

  8. Elizabeth L. Johnson says:

Yeh. I can tell a man wrote this recipe. No pan size, and bad measurement for salt, no replies to commentors, and no details about the use of sweetener; particularly about 1/4 c stevia being way to much.
